One more month that is...until Cason turns 2! Where has the time gone!? I can't believe May is almost here and that we are planning for his 2nd birthday. Although I do miss the "baby" stage, I love each stage Cason goes through. Right now he is into repeating new words and trying to do a lot of this by himself.(Like unzip his coat, take off his socks, clothes, brush his teeth etc.) It is so fun to see things through the eyes of a toddler...even the littlest things make him laugh and giggle.
At 23 months Cason....
- Weighs around 25lbs
- Wears size 18-24 month clothes and size 5 shoes
- Wears size 4 diapers
- Sleeps from 7:30 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. and takes a 2 hour afternoon nap
- Can count to 10 and sing the ABC's
- Knows most of his colors and likes to tell us the colors of things he sees
- Loves to read books and make animals sounds.
- Loves Mickey Mouse and Elmo
- Went on his first plane ride
- Went to DISNEY WORLD and went on rides for the first time
- Is good eater and likes to try new foods
- Loves to vacuum, sweep the floor, and do the dishes.
- Enjoys helping us cook at the counter...he loves to stir things
- Loves to play with his stuffed animals
- Loves to play outside and go for walks
- Celebrated Easter and loved looking for eggs!
- Had his FIRST real haircut in Disney World!
- Continues to bring joy to our lives each day!
