Well, the new year already seems to be going by so fast! This week Jimmy and I started to plan Nolan's 5TH birthday and Brody's 2nd birthday! It seems as if days seem to go by slow, but time goes by fast. As we move closer to Brody's 2nd birthday, he is starting to look more and more like a little toddler and less like a "big" baby. He is starting to make a lot of progress in the speech department and is always to copy his Nolan.
At 22 months Brody...
- Still wears size 3 diapers
- Wears size 5 shoe and size 18-24 month clothes
- Sleeps from 7:30 a.m. until we wake him at 6:40 a.m.
- Can say the beginning sounds of lots of words. He is making progress with his speech and his favorite words to say are: no, eat, up, more, dog, mama, da, Nol (Nolan) and mil (milk)
- Loves to eat meat!
- Carries
his stuffed animals with him everywhere...to bed, to the basement, to
our bedroom, to the living room, etc. His favorite stuffed animals are:
dog,Spot, pig, and hippo
- Enjoys standing at the kitchen counter in his new tower standing thing...he loves to help and see what is going on!
- Loves to read books and his current favorites are: Elmo Says,Where's Spot?, and Touch and Feel board books
- His favorite song: The ABC song..he likes to dance and try to sing along
- Loves to brush his teeth every morning and night...and will even let me help brush them.
- Loves play with his castle and playing with his cars.
- Continues to bring joy to our lives each day!
