Nolan celebrated his first holiday-Easter! The day was spent with both sets of grandparents, Aunt Christina, and his Great Aunt Mary. Nolan was needless to say spoiled with all of his gifts and candy. We ate a lot of food-ham, cheesy potatoes, salad, stuffed shells, baked beans, pasta and some great desserts. However, the highlight of the day was having the grandparents search for the Easter eggs. That's right-we hid the Easter eggs and each set of grandparents had 13 they had to find. (Let's just say it was payback for all the years they hid eggs and made us find them...and then they couldn't remember where they put them!) They each had a big egg that had the best prize of all-a sleepover night with Nolan. It was a great first holiday!
