I'm Not Sleeping Through This....

This week has been pretty busy at the Wittenwyler house. Nolan had lots of visitors and had a few "firsts" this week. Ben and Bri came over to meet little Nolan and had some "pratice" time with a baby...they are expecting a baby boy at the end of July. (Nolan is excited to have a new playmate!) It was nice to show Bri some baby "must haves" and chat about baby things.

Nolan is sleeping longer stretches at night! His last feeding is at 10p.m. and he has been waking up around 3:30 a.m. (I'm trying to push him to 5 am) I change him and give him his paci, and then put him back in his crib. He then will sleep around another hour or so and has been waking up close to 5! On Friday he woke up at 4:45a.m. just in time to see Princess Kate! Here are a few pictures of Nolan watching the royal wedding-he did not want to miss it!

On Friday Jimmy had the day off, so we ran some errands. While we were out and about, I got hungry so we made a stop at Famous Dave's. Yes...that was Nolan's first resturant experience and he did great! They have just redone their menu and they have some awesome lunch specials.

On Saturday/Sunday Nolan met his cousins Carrie Jo and future cousin-in-law Brady. They came all the way from God's country (Fort Dodge) and spent the night. There was lots of Pitch and Pinochle playing. Nolan wanted to get in on the action! It was a great time.
